About All-on-4 Dental Implants
The All-on-4 treatment concept from Nobel Biocare™ offers a revolutionary full-arch restoration option for overcoming tooth loss. This procedure works by inserting a series of four or six special titanium implants into specific locations within the upper or lower arch, which are then utilized to support a natural-looking full-arch appliance of replacement teeth. Compared to other implant options, All-on-4 or All-on-6 utilizes fewer implants yet can still offer a stable, total-arch replacement solution. ACE Dental of Texas is pleased to provide this denture alternative to patients seeking to bring the benefits of implant dentistry to their smile. If you have multiple missing teeth or wish to explore a fixed tooth replacement option, we invite you to schedule an appointment at one of our convenient locations.

"I like this place better compared to others in Taylor. I know is small and not luxurious but the coupons saved us money. You don't see or hear rivalry or gossiping within the assistants while you are waiting for your turn and your service. They treat each other politely so creates a relaxing atmosphere. The Dr is very meticulous analyzing x-rays and she explains everything to you in a gentle manner and does her best to be on time with you and spend the necessary time working in your mouth not in a rush but very professional no matter the schedule. We'll keep going there as long as they keep up with the good service."- N.T. / Yelp / May 23, 2019

Are You a Candidate for All-on-4 or All-on-6?
You may be an ideal candidate for All-on-4 or All-on-6 dental implants if you have lost all or most of your teeth in one or both jaws or need to have such teeth extracted. This may also be an attractive option if you are looking for a longer-term option over removable tooth replacements. Since these implants integrate with the jawbone, many patients are able to enjoy a more secure tooth replacement that allows them to eat their favorite foods while enjoying a natural-looking smile. All-on-4 implants can often be placed even when bone loss has affected the jaw, making this solution ideal for a number of patients. Implants may not be ideal for individuals with certain medical or dental conditions or those who use tobacco.
What Is the Treatment Process?
To start your All-on-4 or All-on-6 treatment, we will take 3D digital scans and x-rays of your mouth. Our ACE Dental team will then create your unique treatment plan and discuss the option of sedation for your care. During your procedure, we will numb the treatment sites and surgically position four or six dental implants at exact locations in your dental arch. A temporary yet natural-looking, full-arch restoration will likely be affixed to these implants the same day and worn over the next few months as your implants heal into the bone. Once your dental implants are fully integrated with your jaw, we will create and attach a new custom set of teeth that bring a lasting appearance and function to your smile.
Recovery Following All-on-4 or All-on-6
You may experience minor discomfort or swelling in your jaw following your All-on-4 or All-on-6 implant procedure. Cold compresses and over-the-counter pain medication can help increase your comfort during this time. A member of our team will provide tips on caring for your mouth, implants, and restorations as you heal and once your final set of replacement teeth is in place. To help maintain your tooth replacement and oral health over the long-term, it is important to maintain routine dental cleaning and exam visits at ACE Dental. We will use special implant instruments during your cleaning visits and monitor the health of your gums and bone supporting your All-on-6 or All-on-4 dental implants.
Insurance Coverage for Implants
A select number of dental insurance plans may provide partial coverage for All-on-4 or All-on-6 implant services. While it is very likely there will be some personal expenses, our staff will work with your insurance provider to maximize your policy and help you find a convenient payment option for remaining costs. ACE Dental accepts an array of financial solutions and can help you apply for flexible financing plans.
