"I like this place better compared to others in Taylor. I know is small and not luxurious but the coupons saved us money. You don't see or hear rivalry or gossiping within the assistants while you are waiting for your turn and your service. They treat each other politely so creates a relaxing atmosphere. The Dr is very meticulous analyzing x-rays and she explains everything to you in a gentle manner and does her best to be on time with you and spend the necessary time working in your mouth not in a rush but very professional no matter the schedule. We'll keep going there as long as they keep up with the good service."- N.T. / Yelp / May 23, 2019

Candidates for Pediatric Dentistry
The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends that children have their initial dental visit before their first birthday. From that point, our dentists can help determine when the next dental checkup should take place. Children have their baby teeth for many years, making it very important to keep their teeth healthy throughout all stages of childhood. At ACE Dental, we offer pediatric dental services, like dental cleanings and sealants to help prevent cavities, and pulpotomies and stainless steel crowns to repair decayed or damaged teeth. Whether your child needs tooth extractions, orthodontic care, or emergency dental services, we provide comprehensive pediatric dentistry to help you care for their smile.
What To Expect During Visits
ACE Dental strives to make every pediatric visit fun, positive, and stress-free! We recommend that children visit one of our kid-friendly practices at least twice a year for routine dental cleanings and exams. At the first appointment, our experienced team can help with issues, such as teething, thumb-sucking, and baby bottle tooth decay for younger children. During certain check-up appointments, low-radiation digital x-rays may be taken to allow us to view hidden cavities, eruption patterns, and any developmental concerns. We will also screen for tooth decay and perform a dental cleaning. Fluoride treatments and dental sealants may also be recommended to help protect your child's teeth against cavities.
Caring for Your Child's Smile
Any treatment recommendations, such as for orthodontics or restorative dentistry, will be reviewed with you during the visit. Our friendly team can help you schedule follow-up visits for your child's dental care for dental treatments or their next preventive care visit. After the cleaning and exam, we will talk with your child about the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene at home and show them how to brush and floss their teeth. By bringing your child to ACE Dental for routine dental visits, you can help them develop healthy habits early on and enjoy a beautiful smile throughout their life.
Insurance Coverage for Pediatric Dentistry
A number of pediatric dental care services, including regular checkups, may be covered by your child's dental insurance provider. Before your child's visit, our insurance specialist will review their plan and inform you of any portion of care that may be uncovered. To help make your family's dental treatment more affordable, ACE Dental accepts several convenient financing options and can help you select a payment method to match your budget.
